Question and proposed amendments

Is anyone working the department of interior, defense, and finance.

Also these are the amendments I am proposing.

1.The unanimous vote by the triums to declare war, enact treaties, and amend the charter be dropped to a majority.

2. All minister positions should be elected offices

3.We should implement a alliance lottery

I vote nay as I do not support the 1st amendment.

Well, I think those things should have a unanimous decision among the triums before the are passed. I would like to know why you want to change it.

i dont completely agree either, i think some things should be majority and others unanimous:)

I will compermise on the declaring war that can be a full vote but I think the rest so be a majority

I am still unable to see how this could benefit the alliance. Perhaps if you could explain I might change my mind but until then I maintain my veto.

I would also like to point out that earlier your main and only plank was that we need to be able to declare war even if all triums are not present, and now you say declaring war can remain unaffected by this amendment... So I still don't understand the plank of this.

I know what your position is, but I still don't know why you have that position i.e. want to amend the charter.

I'm not being emotional and I'm not offended, I just don't a reason for that amendment to take place, and so far George has not put forth any reasoning behind it.

i know:P i was getting rid of problems before they happen lol
